REPAIRS/ RETURNS
My glass is the strongest possible but glass does break! Fortunately, because of its integrity, borosilicate glass will generally crack instead of shattering so most repairs can made easily. Please collect as many pieces as you can and return them to me, I can usually do the repair free of charge. Contact me first so I know what to expect, Ill want to discuss details and shipping info. I am always happy to keep the life of the piece going.
All of my items are described as accurately as possible, and I will communicate any additional info or pictures. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. I package my items very carefully so they arrive in perfect condition, and I have yet to have any complaints of any shipping damages.
Your privacy is valued and I would never sell, share, or give your info to anyone at any time, you have my personal word on that. My site is extremely secure and I run all the administrative features myself.
